As the day progresses and the demands of homeschooling two energetic boys take their toll, I find myself yearning for a moment of tranquility. This is when I turn to our Lavender Coffee, an invigorating yet calming afternoon pick-me-up that rejuvenates my spirit and prepares me for the rest of the day. 

Our Lavender Coffee is a unique blend of our finest beans from Vera Cruz, Mexico, and Bali, personally roasted to perfection by Ayhan at Café de Arts. The Bali beans, dark roasted, provide a rich, bold flavor, while the lightly roasted Vera Cruz beans add a faint note of cinnamon and a higher caffeine boost. This exquisite blend is then harmoniously combined with dried culinary lavender from our own Edn Farm, creating a delicate balance that soothes and invigorates. 

Each Monday and Wednesday afternoon, our beans are roasted to capture their peak flavor. By Tuesday and Thursday, they are lovingly ground and blended with lavender, then carefully packed into individual sachets to preserve the nuanced flavors and ensure a consistently exceptional experience.
