You can easily make the most delicious elderberry syrup, without having to track down all of the certified organic ingredients yourself. We carefully measure and assemble every kit individually to ensure high quality and uniformity. Another benefit of using a kit is that you can sweeten the syrup to your own liking, using whichever sweetener you prefer (not included). At Edn Farms, we use raw, local honey for its additional health properties; however, other sweeteners can be used, including maple syrup, stevia, or erythritol. (*As a reminder, do not give raw honey to a child under the age of 1 year). One Ednberry kit, made according to the included instructions, makes approximately 32 ounces of elderberry syrup.
