We carefully measure and assemble every kit individually to ensure high quality and uniformity. Another benefit of using a kit is that you can sweeten the syrup to your own liking, using whichever sweetener you prefer (not included). At Edn Farms, we use raw, local honey for its additional health properties; however, other sweeteners can be used, including maple syrup, stevia, or erythritol.
